Kelsey Rae Watson is from Cache, Oklahoma. She is the daughter of Rick and Karen Watson of Cache. Kelsey descends from Chief Wild Horse and is a member of the Comanche Tribe. She is the granddaughter of Roland and Ramona Apauty of Cache, Leta Watson, Cache and Don and Linda Watson of Duncan, Oklahoma.

Kelsey is a four-time Miss American Coed Oklahoma State Finalist, the 2002 America’s Cover Miss and was selected to represent Oklahoma at the 2005 Miss American Preteen Pageant.

Kelsey was selected as Little Miss Indian Lawton in October 2004 and received the title of Junior Miss Indian Lawton in May 2005.  As Junior Miss Indian Lawton she made appearances at St. Judes Children’s Hospital, MarketFest, Hunting Horse Birthday Celebration, Centenary United Methodist Church and performed for the 2^nd Battalion, 80^th Field Artillery, Ft. Sill, OK.
