Candace is 14 years old and a member of the Apache Tribe and  of Kiowa and Comanche descent.  She is the daughter of Michael and Lydia Horse of Apache.  She has one brother, Terrance and a sister, Lauren.  Candace enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  She loves going to church, playing basketball, watching football and goin to the movies.  She has served on the Student Council and as Student Council Representative for the Native American Club.  Her future goal is to attend college.

Candace received the title of Junior Miss Indian Lawton in November 2005.
